Photo Album - The Metamorphose

This is the last page of our Photo Album. Animations on this page show the progress on our house. Move the mouse over each picture and look at the difference.

Left: The front window has symbolised our project. Around the windows you find the typical red bricks; on top you find an oak beam.

In 2005 the windows and shutters were replaced.


On the right you see what impact a small temporary change can have.
Meanwhile the entire bath room is taken care of.

Left: This door will first be our bedroom door.

We also added a window. Only then we noticed that the oak beam was not really straight.


On the right you see a part of the living room and the opening to the former bedroom.

Now the (new) boiler is hidden behind a wall, the bedroom has become our kitchen and the old entrance to the bathroom now is a glass showcase.


Left: There is an extension behind the house. It used to have a door that was transformed into a window. We changed it back into a door


On the right you see one of the side walls of the bedroom, that became a kitchen (see picture on the left).


Left: In February 2005 we receive the keys of our house. This is how it looked.
